WHAT TO EXPECT

General Info

  • Classes are 45 minutes each. 

  • Boxing and Strength and Conditioning classes are capped at 6 pax per class

  • Muay Thai and MMA classes are capped at 8 pax per class 

  • Bookings open about 3 days in advance on the Glofox app

What to wear/bring

  • T-shirt and shorts, or anything you feel comfortable working out in

  • Gloves and handwraps (see our gear needed for different level)

  • We do all our training on (high quality) training mats so you don’t have to come in sports shoes. Just come any footwear than you normally wear and there’s an area near the door where you can leave them. 

  • Water bottle (which you can refill at the water cooler)

  • Place your belonging in the lockers (look for those lockers labeled 'members' use’)

15 Minutes Before Class

  • Wrap your hands (approach staff/coaches to help you if you are new to this)

  • Stretch and warm up on your own time

  • Practice on the bags

  • Small talk

  • Get ready to sweat it out

Skipping

  • 3 minutes of skipping to develop your fighter's pace

  • Start slow if you need to

  • Let the coaches know if you have any old injury/pain

The Fun Stuff

  • Mix of technique, combos, partner drills, bag work, pad work and circuits

  • Engagement, communication, interaction, noise, intensity and laughter

End of Class

  • Mix of technique, combos, partner drills, bag work, pad work and circuits

  • Recap of the focus/technique of the day

  • Fist bumps to end the class as a sign of appreciation and respect

  • Hang around or get to your second class!  (member often book classes back to back)
